To all staff:
It is with deep sadness that I regret to inform you that Ken Reichel passed away on Friday in Richmond, Virginia.
Ken had been working through various health issues and appears to have suffered a heart attack.
Our thoughts, prayers and sincere sympathy are with Joyce, Scott, Tammi and their entire family.
Ken was a very special individual who touched many of our hearts. Ken had boundless energy, a ready offer of help, a great sense of humor and lived every moment of life. He was devoted to his family and a special colleague, mentor and friend to many of us.
Two memorial services are being planned. One service will be held in Richmond, Virginia this Friday. The second service will be held in Hudson, Ohio on either November 5th or 6that the church Ken and Joyce attended. Further details will be provided once the schedule is set.
During the coming days, we will determine a companywide gesture of support in accordance with the wishes of the family

At this time of loss, we also celebrate Ken’s life and his spirit which will continue on.
